Yes!  Here’s a little-known fact about the text line: your questions are actually sent to a Teen Clinic computer.   An online program called Mosio shows us the new questions that have arrived, but blocks the phone numbers they’re coming from.  The only information we see is how many different phone numbers have ever texted us, and how many texts we’ve ever received.

The Mosio website allows us to answer questions on the site with the click of a button—no numbers necessary.  Believe it or not, the Teen Clinic employees who answer the text line never touch a phone!  Your identity is completely anonymous—promise.
