What can you do you to keep your body healthy?
When it comes to your sexual health there are several things you can do to make sure you are staying safe and healthy!
If you are a young man, here’s what you can do:

| Self Testicular exams | Every month | Somewhere that is private, safe and comfortable to you |
| Talking to your partner about sexual health | As often as you can | Somewhere that is safe and comfortable for the both of you |
| Use a reliable prevention method against STIs and/or an unexpected pregnancy | When you become sexually active and every time you engage in sexual activity | Teen Clinic provides free and confidential prevention methods including condoms! |
If you are a young woman, here’s what you can do:
