Peer Education

Our SHAPE (Sexual Health and AIDS Awareness Peer Education) peer educators are local youth who are trained in sexual health and prevention education. In an hour-long, interactive presentation “SHAPErs” will facilitate games (such as STI jeopardy, prevention style 4-Corners, and risk continuum) with youth. SHAPE also presents to adults. Their “5 Tips from Teens on Talking with YOUR Child about Sex and Sexual Health” skit is a must see for parents and guardians.
